Offshore Wind Supply Chain Studies
NEW IN JUNE 2007: SUPPLY CHAIN STUDY UPDATE PUBLISHED
The POWER project has conducted regional supply chain studies for the offshore wind industry in four North Sea regions. Based on these regional studies, a North Sea wide supply chain study has been conducted, giving a complete North Sea overview of the key challenges and co-operation opportunities in the internationall offshore wind supply chain.
The supply chain studies cover the whole supply chain, i.e. development, construction and operation. The studies also identify major challenges for the supply chain when moving to future more difficult wind farms.
