Offshore wind energy projects in the North Sea are happening. The POWER competence network is helping to strengthen the leading role of the North Sea Region and its regional supply chains in this rapidly evolving market.

The POWER Conference in summer 2007 in Bremerhaven will showcase the achievements of the network

focus on:

  • Good practise in planning and developing offshore wind farms
  • Towards a North Sea wide supply chain
  • Skills development and qualification needs for the sector
  • Case studies from leading offshore wind regions in the North Sea area

This conference presents a great opportunity for public sector decision makers, experts and stakeholders to
network, exchange knowledge and discuss opportunities and challenges in the North Sea Region now and in the future.
